Forwarding Rules

Forwarding agreements are final upon cargo receipt. Our team initiates logistical processes as soon as the manifest is signed.

1. General Forwarding Agreements

At BLUE SKY FORWARDING, INC., we facilitate the movement of goods between shippers and carriers. By engaging our services, you're agreeing to our role as a logistical intermediary focused on efficiency and reliability. We aren't just moving boxes; we're managing your supply chain's integrity.

2. Cargo Handling at Warrensburg

Is your freight stored in our warehouses? Any cargo residing in our 801 W Young Ave facility is subject to strict climate and security regulations. However, owners must maintain independent insurance for high-value items unless otherwise specified in writing. We track everything, but we share the burden of risk.

3. Payment & Freight Charges

All transport quotes are valid for a period of 14 days. Failure to settle invoices within the agreed timeframe may results in a logistical lien being placed on current shipments. We don't like delays, and we're sure you don't either. Let's keep the wheels turning with prompt accounts.

4. Dispute Resolution

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If a discrepancy arises, we've established a 30-day window for filing formal claims. Our team in Warrensburg reviews every case with surgical precision to ensure a fair outcome for both the carrier and the client.
